“Undian Paket Diamond Early Bird Vidio”

1. Promo is valid for Vidio users who make a purchase transaction for the Diamond Early Bird package on the Vidio Application within the period of 1 July 2022 - 5 August 2022.

2. Users can participate in the sweepstakes promo by purchasing the Diamond Early Bird package then filling out the https://vid.id/luckydrawepl form.

3. The criteria for winners who can participate in this promo are as follows:

• For Grand Prize Winners.

• Indonesian citizen (WNI) and domiciled in Indonesia
• Have an ID card
• Have a passport with a minimum validity period of 2 years
• Have a bank account
• Have a UK Visa (processed by the direct winner and the visa fee will be borne by the winner)
• Minimum age 21 years

• For other prize winners

• Indonesian citizen (WNI) and domiciled in Indonesia
• Have an ID card
• Minimum age 17 years

4. Prizes consist of: 

• Grand Prize: Premier League Match Ticket + accommodation
• Other prizes: PS5, Sony XM5 headset, Premier League team Original Jersey

5. For one user who has more than one account, only one account is entitled to participate in the sweepstakes promo.

6. User only has the opportunity to be a winner once.

7. Winner draw will be drawn on Friday, August 19, 2022, and the list of Winners will be announced no later than Sunday, August 28, 2022.

8. Winners will receive a confirmation call and email to confirm their personal data.

9. Prize distribution:

• The Grand Prize (English Premier League match tickets and accommodation) will be sent via email;
• For other prizes, the shipping costs will be paid by Vidio.

10. The decision to select the winner is absolute and cannot be contested.

11. Vidio has the authority to disqualify participants and/or winners who are deemed or found to have committed things such as cheating or violating the terms and conditions.

12. The gift tax is paid by Vidio. Vidio does not charge any fees from the winners. Please be cautious of scams in the name of Vidio.

13. Winners will be announced via the website, social media, and the Vidio application.

14. Vidio will determine which winner will win what prizes.

15. Prizes cannot be exchanged and/or cash.

16. Vidio has the right to publish the names, addresses, photos/videos, or testimonials of the winners for the purposes of communication or advertising regarding this promo in various publishing media, without making any contribution to the winners.

17. The terms and conditions of this promo are an integral part and cannot be separated from the terms and conditions of the subscription transaction on Vidio.

18. The terms and conditions of the promo may change from time to time to suit the policies related to this promo.

19. By participating in this promo, the user is deemed to have understood and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions. 

Other Terms:

1. Prizes will only be awarded if they can be recognized appropriately under the applicable terms and conditions.

2. Failure to receive prizes due to non-fulfillment of the applicable terms and conditions will not be the responsibility of Vidio.

3. If there are winners who cannot receive the prizes that Vidio has determined, the prizes will be given to other eligible winners.

4. The departure date for the Grand Prize winner will be determined by Vidio and will be notified after the announcement has been made.

5. If the winner of the Grand Prize is from outside the city of Jakarta, then the ticket from that city to Jakarta will be paid for by the winner to gather in Jakarta.

6. The departure point is Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The Organizers and Organizers do not bear the cost of accommodation from the Winner's house to the airport and vice versa, from the airport to the Winner's house.

7. This sweepstakes promo program does not apply to all Vidio employees and all parties affiliated or related to the implementation of this sweepstakes promo program.
